1111 Studewood Place
We are an exclusive venue with both an indoor & outdoor space. The indoor area can comfortably hold up to 80 seated guests, and for certain events, up to 140 guests can be hosted. Our outdoor space has a spectacular view of downtown Houston. 1111 is located 1.1 miles from I-10.
Amenities
For each event hosted at 1111, valet is included. Your guests will be able to pull up at the entrance & everything is taken care of.
Events with 49 guests or less from Sun to Wed can opt out of valet services for a $300 savings.
Kitchen
One of the features of 1111 is a fully featured galley-style caterers kitchen with ample storage for food and drinks. There are 2 stoves, 2 microwaves, an oven and a commercial grade fridge. It is conveniently located behind the bar.
Catering
There are multiple options for catering at 1111. We have our own in-house catering, and we are happy to send you a quote for your event. Additionally, we have a fabulous Tex-Mex restaurant in the building called The Studewood Cantine. These are great options as the food is prepared fresh on-site. You are also welcome to hire a licensed caterer or restaurant of your choice - we require a City of Houston Food Handler's Permit & liability insurance. There is a $250 outside catering fee.
Media Capabilities
There is a 70 inch television mounted right above the bar as well as a built-in projector system that is perfect for slideshows or presentations. With a built in audio system throughout the indoor area, your multimedia needs will be met. This system uses Apple's Airplay, so the only way to use it is with an iPhone, iPad or MacBook.
Bar
As a TABC licensed venue, we are required to perform all beverage services. We have a complete bar system including 2 wine refrigerators, a large reach-in drink chiller and a beer kegerator system. Our bar packages include bartender(s), cups, straws and mixers - glassware is available at an additional charge.
